Forward Motion Cross Country
Forward Motion is dedicated to our next generation of athletes in middle and high school. Strength conditioning specifically for running makes sure the athlete is as strong as possible: this translates to faster and more comfortable.
 
FXMC ensures conditioning to keep the athlete in shape, even in the off-season. Attention is paid to proper run and strength form with an emphasis on efficiency. The mental component of competition and day-to-day training is also addressed, making sure that the complete well-being of the athlete is the focus.

 

Led by Lisa who is USATF and NFHS certified and Lydiard Method trained, these sessions include a run and strength portion, with education on the “why” because empowering the athlete is part of the process.
