
Led by Lisa who is USATF and NFHS certified and UESCA / Lydiard Method trained, the sessions include a run and strength portion, with education on the “why” because empowering the athlete is part of the process.
Our summer day camp is based on learning, running, getting stronger and most of all, doing all of these things while having fun. We bring in local instructors and educators from various disciplines. We play games. We eat and talk nutrition. We have grown every year since our inaugural 2021 year and can’t wait to make this camp the best yet.
We never want cost to be a factor in our programs. We proudly offer scholarships on an as-need basis through the generous support of Around the Crown 10K and Carolina Sports Clinic. Contact us for details.

Come run with us this summer! Our overnight camp at the Blowing Rock Conference Center will have it all — running, strength work, speakers, activities and a lot of fun.
In the heart of Western North Carolina, the Blowing Rock Conference Center has gorgeous views, spacious patios and fields, a gym, basketball court, putt-putt, pool, and outdoor volleyball. When we aren’t running, we’ll be able to spread out, rest, and have some fun.
The trails at Moses Cone Park, Bass Lake, Trout Lake, and Fire Tower will be the heart of our runs. We will cover injury prevention, explain the value of various workouts, hear from experienced coaches and runners, and so much more.
