Forward Motion Cross Country
Forward Motion Cross Country is dedicated to our next generation of runners, focusing on younger athletes. Strength conditioning specifically for running makes sure the runner is as strong as possible: this translates to faster and more comfortable.
FXMC ensures conditioning to keep the athlete in shape, even in the off-season. Attention is paid to proper form with an emphasis on efficiency. The mental component of competition and day-to-day training is also addressed, making sure that the complete well-being of the athlete is the focus.
This group will meet twice a week, and there is an option to register for an entire session (monthly) or week by week.
