Lisa Landrum

Lisa brings a lot to the running journey. Having raced and paced distances from 5k - 100 miles, she is a Boston finisher and multi-time qualifier, and recently completed the Grand Canyon's Rim to Rim to Rim. Her experience stands alone. She is excited to share that experience to help those who want to get into or expand their running. Her goal is to train youth and adult runners of all levels in a way that strengthens more than just the body.

Lisa is a firm believer that the mental aspect of running is just as important as the physical, and her training incorporates both. Her background in psychology as well as her running history, coaching (USATF, NFSA certified and Lydiard trained), and sports nutrition certifications combine to provide more than just strength training or a race plan. Instilling confidence in others is an important piece of her coaching.

She is the founder of runCLTrun. As a busy mom of three, she knows firsthand that training can be effective and simple; her approach reflects this.

Adam Jones - Coach at Forward Motion

Adam Jones

Besides being an incredible athlete and coach, Adam is a great person. He knows firsthand what it takes to train and race while balancing this crazy thing called life. His experience speaks for itself.

Adam competed collegiately for Samford and University of Iowa, specializing in the mile where he blasted a 4:02 mile. He was a three time NCAA qualifier and an NCAA All American. In his debut marathon, Adam ran a 2:23:50. Since Adam has begun coaching, he has been able to help dozens of athletes reach their goals.

"For me it's not about helping others just achieve a personal record, but helping them enjoy the experience. Running should be a sense of freedom and a way to have a healthy lifestyle.” Adam brings experience, a big ol’ smile and a lot of fun to our growing team.

Mariah Gajewski

Mariah Gajewski

Mariah has been on her running journey since she was 12 years old. She picked up the sport early on, and since then running has been a constant throughout her life with training ebbing and flowing as she juggled and managed college and working in the finance industry.

After running competitively in high school, Mariah stepped away from the sport in college. Over the past 8 years, Mariah’s passion for running has been re-ignited and she has kicked up her training, running personal bests from the mile to the marathon. She recently competed at the 2022 Boston Marathon, running 2:51 and placing in the top 100 women.

Since 2020, Mariah has started coaching (RRCA certified) athletes from high school runners to adult beginners and helping them chase new PRs or run new distances. Running has always been Mariah’s passion and coaching has allowed her to share this passion with others, bringing immense amount of joy and fun to the sport.

Her goal is to train runners of all abilities and levels to see their potential, reach new goals, run times and races they never thought possible, and most important have fun through it all. Mariah firmly believes that we can keep surprising ourselves if we choose to dream big, work hard, and enjoy the journey along the way.
