Lisa Landrum

Founder / Running & Strength Coach

Lisa is a firm believer that the mental aspect of running is just as important as the physical, and her training incorporates both.

Her background in psychology as well as her running history, coaching (USATF, NFSA certified and Lydiard trained), and sports nutrition certifications combine to provide more than just strength training or a race plan.
