Running & Strength Coach

Natalie’s journey began as a competitive track and cross-country athlete at the University of North Carolina (UNC), where she proudly served as team captain and earned prestigious accolades including All-ACC and All-America academic honors. Contributing as a scoring member to UNC’s 5th place NCAA Cross Country team further solidified her commitment to excellence in sports and academics.

With personal bests including a 5k time of 16:19, 10k time of 34:30, and a 6k time of 19:58, Natalie’s athletic career at UNC was complemented by academic achievements, culminating in a Bachelor’s degree in Exercise and Sport Science and a minor in Coaching Education.

Natalie works with all ages to promote the whole athlete. She is accepting clients from middle school up. 

Experience

As a dedicated athlete and experienced coach, Natalie brings a wealth of knowledge and passion to the running community. 

Natalie’s passion for helping others achieve their fitness goals led her to become a NASM Certified Personal Trainer (CPT). She has since gained extensive experience coaching individuals of all ages and capabilities, from beginners aiming for their first 5k to seasoned runners pursuing personal bests.

Whether you’re striving for podium finishes or looking to improve your personal best, Natalie is dedicated to providing personalized coaching that combines proven training methods with a deep understanding of sports science. Natalie works with athletes/runners on running training, strength training, nutrition and the mental side of sport.
