Forward Motion and Brooks are dedicated to our next generation of athletes in middle and high school.
Led by Lisa who is USATF, NFHS, UESCA, sports nutrition certified and Lydiard Method trained, sessions include a run and strength portion, with education and emphasis on the “why” because empowering the athlete is part of the process.
Our girls-only summer day camp is based on learning, running, getting stronger and most of all, doing all of these things while having fun. We bring in local instructors and educators from various disciplines. We play games. We eat and talk nutrition. We have grown every year since our inaugural 2021 year.
Winter and Pop-Up Clinics will be open to all genders. As always, our one-on-one and small group sessions are available for all genders as well.
We never want cost to be a factor in our programs. We proudly offer scholarships on an as-need basis through the generous support of Around the Crown 10K and Carolina Sports Clinic. Contact us for details
