
Forward Motion and Brooks are dedicated to our next generation of athletes in middle and high school. Strength conditioning specifically for running makes sure the athlete is as strong as possible: this translates to faster and more comfortable.
FXMC camps and sessions ensure conditioning to keep the athlete in shape, even in the off-season. Attention is paid to proper run and strength form with an emphasis on efficiency. The mental component of competition and day-to-day training is also addressed, making sure that the complete well-being of the athlete is the focus.
Led by Lisa who is USATF, NFHS, UESCA, sports nutrition certified and Lydiard Method trained, sessions include a run and strength portion, with education and emphasis on the “why” because empowering the athlete is part of the process.
Our girls-only summer day camp is based on learning, running, getting stronger and most of all, doing all of these things while having fun. We bring in local instructors and educators from various discipline, play games, eat and talk nutrition. We have grown every year since our inaugural 2021 year.
We never want cost to be a factor in our programs. We proudly offer scholarships on an as-need basis through the generous support of Around the Crown 10K and Carolina Sports Clinic. Contact us for details
