Lisa Landrum
FOUNDER / COACH / FORM & STRENGTH
Lisa trains youth and adult runners of all levels in way that strengthens more than just the body. She is a firm believer of the physical and mental aspect of running.

Natalie Tyner
COACH / RUN & STRENGTH / COLLEGE PREP
Natalie’s journey began as a competitive track and cross-country athlete at the University of North Carolina (UNC), where she proudly served as team captain and earned prestigious accolades including All-ACC and All-America academic honors.

Adam Jones
COACH / RUN
After competing collegiately for Samford and the University of Iowa, Adam has coached and helped dozens of athletes achieve their fitness goals.

Alex Johnson
COACH / RUN
After 11 years of teaching special education, Alex took her love of people, advocacy and need for self-care into the running industry where she currently serves as a Race Director. Alex has run one full marathon, and countless races of half marathon distance and under.

Stephanie Pezzulo
COACH / RUN
“Pezz” is a professional soccer player turned elite runner. Since her running career started in 2006, she has qualified for the Olympic Trials 5 times, running a personal best of 2:32 for the marathon in her debut. Coach Pezz blends her Exercise Science degree with her extensive personal athletic experience to create quality, proven, customized training.
